Your shipping and returns policy

The Flat Rate for Postage & Packing is £4. For lighter products it is £2. We will always try to group orders together to save postage.

N.B. Insurance for higher value items is not included in the cost, but is recommended and can be arranged at a per item charge.

  Products will usually be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received, via parcelforce or ups depending on wait off parcel.

If products come from our warehouse they may take seven days from receipt of payment.

If you wish to have your delivery recorded or delivered in any special way we will do our upmost to carry this out, just telephone us to discuss your requirements
